My Journey

I grew up in a small town, taking calculated risks that eventually led me to vibrant, diverse environments as an expat and later, as a military spouse. Throughout my travels, I’ve nurtured a deep curiosity about the “why” behind human behaviors and systemic dynamics. What drives us? How do communities thrive?

Along the way, I recognized a common misconception about coaching: it’s often confused with quick fixes or seen solely as a remedy for emotional challenges. However, coaching is much more profound.

Coaching is about facilitating self-discovery. It’s a process that empowers you to uncover your potential, clarify your goals, and take impactful action. Unlike mentorship, which draws from someone else's experiences, or therapy, which tends to focus on healing, coaching creates a space to explore who you are, where you want to go, and how to navigate your path with clarity and confidence.
